hey i no everyone loooks for ways to be slim ... i wanna be fat .. any ideas .. i m trying my hardest .. but i m too skinny .. help me guys ..

Eat a lot .. especially fatty food stuff. Depend on Junk food. Never play or exercise. Never leave your room. Be in front of your PC or gaming console or the TV at all times. Sleep for greater than 10 Hours a day . Follow it wisely and thou shall be fatter in months :D

you dont want to be fat, instead fit. words matter dear. there is a book called burn the fat feed the muscle, it is available for around $40on the net but it is avilable for 70% discount on a site. It is internet's highest selling e-book on fitness. if you want i can give u the link

I am having the same problem. i`m 5'3" and 95 lbs. I want to gain weight and I eat so much and start to even get a little belly, but the next morning I wake up and it`s gone! I don`t even know what to do. it won`t go to my arms, or legs and it just disappears when I wake up. *Sigh* hope fully we figure something out! if you come up with something, let me know!
