Reading material

If you anticipated being stranded on a deserted island, what would you bring along for reading material? My choice would be a military survival manual. What would you choose?

You did not set a limit, so I would want a whole crate of books washed up with me lol. I think first, the Bible, and then a do it yourself book that had homemade solar devices in it, and possibly a college level literature collection, as it would have a variety in it. I think I would need a crossword puzzle book as well.

I like that homemade solar devices idea, that's good. How are you going to know what is safe to eat, though?

What, no sports illustrated swimsuit edition? Then, I guess the survival guide would have to do. As long as there are no weird recipes in it. P.S I would also have to sneak a large container of meat and potato pasties with.
