Would you donate??

I'm reading an article and it's about a girl needing a heart transplant. And she gets a donor match and gets her new heart.And there's basically two sides to the story about the girl and about the donor's brother. Then, they meet each other and so on and so forth. But i would like to know if anyone would really donate there organs after there death. I know it's a freaky question but would you rather die knowing that you're living in someone else
