Do you feel sluggish, rundown, without pep, and almost half-dead? Do you lack appetite and have a hard time falling off to sleep? DO the wrinkles around your eyes and mouth seem to frow deeper everytime you look into a mirror, and do you fear you might look like a scarecrow or a desiccated prune before your time DO you lack vim, vigor and vitality? If the doctor assures you that there is nothing organically wrong with you, probably all you need is a regular exercise program. What kind of exercise do you think will work out with you? Mine is ....walking...:)
