yes you can earn by posting pics without starting a discussion. just make sure that it is original like a beautiful view picture taken when you visited a place. No company name or brand name should be seen.

you can earn some money for uploading relevant photos to your interests . for example , one of my interests is Music & Dance . My Aunt was on a tour recently and she had taken photos of dance performances . I have uploaded few of them on this site under my interest , and got some earnings for uploading them .
