How much sleep is enough 6 or 8.

Everyone sleeps daily, but how much is enough for good health, how much is more, sleep deprivation will affect our health.

i sleep a lot. usually more than 8 hours. more between 10 and 14 a day. i havent' been able to do that lately but on the weekends or when i dont have anything going that day i will sleep that long. i dont know if that much sleep is healthy but i'm tired all the time no matter how much sleep i get.

Yes, sound sleep will keeps u healthy, but buddy do not u think 14 hours is too much. Anyways, it is all ur choice.

i prefer to slepp about 12hours a day but its good for ur skin so dont get out of bead early

If we sleep 12 hours plus, most of our life we will just spend sleeping, I think that can be utilized for something else, but it is ur personal choice.

i will say it should be 8 hours so that u can stay fit.
