I have just found out that I have been the victim of cheque fraud. Smeone has written a checque and signed my name and stolen a substantial amount of money out of my account. My signature is nothing like the one on he cheque and I can't believe it got through my bank so easily. Has anyone else experienced this. What can I do about it and is it any ownder cheque fraud is so prevalent when it appears it is so easy to do?
