children carrying heavy bags to school is it justified, the bags are so heavy if they are in their primary schools parents have to carry it for them otherwise their shoulders will ache very badly with the heavy weight of the books what do yu'll feel about this

Certainly not, and this problem is universal here in pakistan too little flowers are bound to become heavy loaders

certainly not. We all have been young students before and carrying a heavy load at your back everyday is already too much.
