hey try to scrub lemon skin on the neck and leave it for atleast half an hour and then wash it off... do this for atleast a week.. the discolouration will slowly dissappear.... if u have kattale (aloevera plant) at home just apply that.... u know what aloevera is the all purpose medicine ..... if not u can try to apply natural sandalwood paste also... it also helps in removing the discolouration....try this da.. and surely u will get good results

Thanks for the useful information.I would like to ask you a couple of questions.I have dry skin and when I wash my hands even with a very mild soap the skin on my fingers and palm tears and some times blood too comes. Secondly my scalp is very oily and so I wash it every alternate day but still i have dandruff in my hair.I also apply oil in my hair a couple of hours before taking head bath.Even then the problem persists.Do you have any suggestions for this?

Hi! firstly for curing dandruff, if u have fenugreek at home just soak a handfull of it in water overnite. In the morning grind the soaked fenugreek and apply it on the scalp and leave it for 2 hours. finally wash ur hair. u can also soak the fenugreek in fresh aloevera gel (direct from plant)and use it, it helps in conditioning too. do not apply oil just like that... u can heat oil and use warm oil on ur scalp, apply for an hour or so and then wash it off.. dont just leave it. for ur dry skin .. u can add few drops of oil in water that u take bath and then bathe so that the oily water prevents ur skin from drying or use vaseline moisturiser or petroleum gel... it is the best remedy. do not use soap often... try this and tell me if it had helped u... i have done all these and had helped me much

Thanks for the useful advice.I had heard about fenugreek being good for hair but didn't know that it cures dandruff and the method of applying it. Adding a few drops of oil in bath water is another good idea. Thanks once again. I'll follow your advice and give you feedback in a week's time.

* Whether or not you are allergic to something is determined by your genes. * Many people believe that you cannot be allergic to a product that you have used everyday for many years. This is not true. At any time your skin can become allergic to one of the specific substances in the product, even though you have used it for a long time. * Often, a rash may break out on your face even though an allergen did not directly come in contact with your face. If you get something on your hands that you are allergic to and then touch your face, the allergen can cause a reaction on the face even though there is no reaction on your hands. This is because the skin on our hands is thicker than that of the face, especially around the eyelids.
