I want to escape from the pressure on the work

I feel my patience has reached the bottom line, I will collapse nearly. I hate work so more than anytime. But i am in a dilemma that it's the same hard to find a new job as to finish the duty, no, why, i am derpressed very much...not only me, also my colleague, for the boss is not fit boss, he makes most of staffs can not finish their work, so is anyone think he is right boss....no...never
