Do you have a webcam?? / myLot

Several people have suggested to me that I should get a web cam so that I can 'show' myself to all and sundry while on the Internet ... my answer was NO NO and NO ... Flippin' norah, if I had to use a webcam everytime I logged onto the Internet I would need to be showered and hair freshly washed, made up and in decent clothes, I would have to practice making nice facial expressions at all times ... I think I am far too introverted to want to use a webcam .. but have you got one?? When do you use it?? Do you feel you have to be at your smartest before you turn it on .. or is that just me ??

I have one my partner bought it for me, but I have never ever switched it on and I dont think I ever will. Same as you I would need to be showered and hair freshly washed, made up and in decent clothes every day all day!! I could never relax in just my PJs. I do sometime chat to my Grandson and he likes to be on the webcam bless him, He keeps asking me to 'show myself' as he put it! I've said if they ever get posted abroad I will, as his dad is in the RAF, so now keeping everything crossed that they never do go there. I've found that theres loads of webcams online for everyone to watch but the ones That I do like to watch are the coastal ones that over look the beaches and coastline. I do get rather fed up when you get the idiots who pop up and ask to chat then the next question is 'do you want to watch me on my webcam?' and 'have you got one so we can watch each other?' why oh why would I want to watch someone do things to themselves via a webcam?

Heheheh .. ohhh so true .. makes the mind boggle what these folks get up to .. why on earth would I want to watch someone sitting at their computer watching me, watching them, watching me ... hahahahha !!
