Did anyone else watch this last night? Crack me up! lol! It's just like American Idol. Some of those people really believe they can sing! lol! How can you NOT know that you can't sing? There were several very good ones though... Now I can't get that song out of my head... You're The One That I Want, Woo hoo Hoo Honey, The One That I Want!

I saw the first eps and got hooked. Then I realized, hey, I've never actually seen the movie. So hubby went out and bought the DVD and those songs have been stuck in my head all week. Tonight was the first live one. I already have faves but will wait a while before I reveal them (in case they go home right away.) Fun show!

I have no idea how I could have gone all this time without seeing Grease yet. I have seen so many clips of the songs and the actors over the years that I felt like I must have seen the movie, it all looked so familiar. But I never did. Ha! I can never say that again. lol.

I agree. I want to get out my soundtrack to Grease and sing! I won't because I am one who can't carry a tune in a bucket. I loved the show and can't wait until the next episode so we can get to know the characters and personalities.

I loved the movie & have enjoyed watching the show so far. It will be interesting once they get past the auditions & actually start the show. I always wonder about the people who go out for these shows that seem to not have a lick of talent.

I saw it and it was so funny. This one lady got up there and told them she was hard of hearing. I wear hearing aids and I know a person with a hearing problem can't carry a tune but this woman showed out I almost fell of the sofa.LoL

I loved the movie Grease with Olivia Newton John. I watched part of the first show. I haven't watched it since though. Anyhow, I hope they find someone good for the parts.

No sorry I did not watch this film last night but I have seen it before the movie Grease but somehow now I think that you are discussing something different altogether different to the movie, as you say it is like American Idol oh dear the person singing must know if they are signers or not. Yes it really gets to you doesn't it.

gee, I must have caught the few minutes where they good people were. I ws walking in and out and cleaning, so I missed most of it, but the 2 or 3 people I did see were pretty good. Certainly better then me, if I were on there, EVERYONE would have left. trust me.

i know i liked it because i love the movie grease and i love broadway musicals. i'm not sure how many people will actually watch it though. my favorite part on it was the couple who auditioned and they said if only one makes it they would support each other anyway, then the girl broke up with the guy cause he made it and she didn't that was sad but funny at the same time to see how terrible she reacted.
