A better family or a better job?

I strongly believe that a Healthy family is far better in life. The better that your family is the more you will be able to achieve in life. What good is it to have a better job if you do not have anyone to share it with. You will always feel incomplete and never feel full filled. This is just my opinion and I am sure that some will disagree.
