I am trying to get my family to eat healthier and need some new recipes. Any suggestions? I would rather get some tried and true recipes from you guys because every time I just pick some from the internet they end up tasting really bad. Tired of trying stuff only to waste money....

Have you ever made Cincinnati Chili? Season beef with Chili Seasoning Mix then brown the meat. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and pinto beans. Warm through. Lay mixture on individual servings of cooked spaghetti (or really any type of pasta). Sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese to garnish. Super simple and quite tasty. Very filling.

If you are needing main meals, that are healthy, simple to prepare & cheap, then I can suggest some mince meat meals. Try this: 500 GM of premium beef mince peas carrots corn onion minced garlic beef stock cube After browning the meat, onion & minced garlic add the vegetables and beef stock cube. Prepare a packet of beef 2 min noodles. When the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked 2 min noodles with most of the fluid. Serve this with rice or pasta. It's very tasty & econmical to cook.

One snack my kids love is dipping their apple slices in peanut butter. Have you tried that before?
