Anyone have dizzy spells

Hi just wondering if any of u do and what may cause them.I am 27 and not often but sometime I get a funny light headed dizzy feeling and wonder if i should see a doc about it. I got one , one nite while i was on the computer and went to walk to the kitchen and it was like i fu had been drinking couldnt walk straight

You should have it checked out. More than likely it is just from changing yout position too quickly. If I kneel down to pick something up and then stand up quickly, everything goes black for a few seconds. Are you getting enough fluid? Sometimes that can cause dizziness.

thanks, well i was drinking lots of coke and i am trying to stop and get more water ect

You may have very low blood pressure. I often get dizzy spells if I stand up to fast or if I'm in a really hot shower and that's due to my blood pressure. You may also just be dehydrated. That can do it too. So drink some water and get your blood pressure tested.
