What keeps you awake during office/school hours?

According to me it is our dedication towards our job and our working environment which keeps us awake during office/school hours...

I go to school everyday, and I admit sometimes I feel sleepy too specially with boring lectures. I tend to sleep sometimes and I am really ashamed of myself because my teacher sees me. I try my best to be awake.

When I start to feel tired and want to fall asleep during class, I start sending e-mails to everyone. This way I stay awake and stay up to date with my friends.

When I feel sleepy at work, I just go to comfort room to wash my face and brush my teeth. Brushing my teeth really awakens me.

i feel sleepy during classes.the best way to stay awke is by washing our face.it makes us fresh and we will able to be awake.......
