Hey! I think one's determination and will powwer can help overcome depression and anxiety. but in severe cases, it's always desirable to consult a doctor.

depression is as much a physical condition as it is a mental illness. It is serious and should never be underated. I think medical advice is always necessary but there are alternatives to tablets in most cases. We need first of all to identify what depression is. It is not just feeling down or the blues but feels like there is no way out of any given situation and that you yourself are powerless. This type of thinking develops as a result of depressed neural functioning and can be corrected by increasing this activity. Regular physical activity can help but so can diatry changes, particularly an increase in iron and zinc rich foods. Although these changes can certainly act against depression I would also strongly recommend a check up at the drs because symptoms of depression can also masc other illnesses, so it may be a good idea to mention alternative treatments to the dr

people with depression can treat themselves but it is right to take opinion of a psychiatrist to help them better. this not merely sadness, you can combat your normal sadness on your own but it is keen to go to seek help of expertise. psychotherapy may help out problem as effective as medications.
