Same here with me. I don't remember having used a type writer in the past decade. Those were some machines which were as handy as PC are today. People who used to work on them regularly would today miss them.

Typewriter?what is it?!!Aha I remebered now...it is that heavy thing with alot of buttons,I saw it once in my childhood. The typewriter is extinct now, once in my job I faced a problem in the typing and the typewriter was the only solution for this problem but we couldn't find one.I want to tell anyone have a typewriter:keep it after a few years it will be a monument.

I have been at the computer since 1985. But I cannot stop using the typewriter to fill preprinted forms. If I have to fill more than five forms then I will use the computer printer by using blank sheets and aligning the text to fit into the appropriate box in the form. But this is a waste of time if you are filling only one form. Then if the form is something valuable you can't take a chance to make a mistake. So I still have not said good bye to old faithful.
