Weight Watcher Point Meal Plans?

I had done weight watchers in the past and been successful on it but then "fell off the wagon". I am recommitting this year but I am out of ideas for food. I can't seem to remember any of the meals I used to plan. Does anyone have any good ideas for simple food that is a good point value, something that's worked for you, maybe easy to make, preferably without cheese as I don't like cheese in my food but others may so feel free to share it here as well. I am so stuck and I know that if I don't plan out my meals I'm doomed.
