What do you think about the new rating system on mylot?

I think it's a good idea because it might encourage users to put some thoughts into their posts, instead of putting in two or three words and expecting you to understand and respond to them. Also, those who spend a lot of time on their posts, and those who answer a topic properly, in a relevant manner and with a bit of imagination, will benefit. It might stop a few of these mindless, repetitive, so-called discussions we keep getting. I surely hope so, anyway.

I think its great. It lets us know in a roundabout way what our rating is. not exact numbers but I know with my rating of 9 in doing ok:D

im not sure what it means yet. If its to show us who are respected users then yes i like it, but will it earn us more cents? That hasnt been made clear so i guess not

I think it is ok - but if you respond to someone' discussion and have an opposing view point - then they might give you a negative, so I don't think that part is good, but I like the idea!! What do you think??
