Yes, you will benefit from having a best response. I noticed that when I got a best response, there was an increase in my earnings and aside from that some users also check other users profile. Though don't worry if you don't get any as with the number of users on mylot getting best responses is hard to come by. Just post quality discussions or responses and eventually somebody might appreciate your response and make your post the best response.
