what qualifications do I need to work as a child protection officer?

I am on my second year of a BA in early childhood studies,I would like to work as a child protection officer when I finish my degree,will I need extra training or qualifications?

I think that be more than qualify you to become atleast a junior officer in that field and its good to have some real experiences even you think of further your educations.
