BLOOD Everywhere in Movies

I am the only person or are there people who don't like this...blood & blood everywhere movies. I mean those movies in which they show blood everywhere, cruelly hands, legs or different parts of the body are cut & the whole movie is based on cuts & bloods. What do you think about them? Do you like watching such movies like Hostel, Saw, etc?
