rating the user - suggestion to mylot

I guess I agree with you 100%. It is human psychology to think that a person having a higher number next to their picture is of more importance and should be taken more seriously as compared to others with lower ratings. As far as personal ratings to be shown to the user himself is concerned, well that is a good idea to let the user know him self how is doing and how his postings are being analysed by the mylot team. I dont understand what was the motive of the mylot team to introduce this star rating system. Some how it is all very unclear. For users like us who are beyond 500 improving the ratings is a very difficult thing to do since the commulative effect has to be done or undone. Anyways, I hope mylot will improve the rating system and take into account the various suggestions that they are recieving

Yes i also think so. I think it is a good step of mylot. I am so so happy for this improvement. It is helpful for everyone. We can see our quality of response. I am trying to my best of give good response.

Sorry, u too pointed out a good point but i disagree with urs point of view. Well, i never saw on mylot that someone used harsh or cheap words for someone by keeping his/her ratings. If someone'll see him/herself that my star is lower than other person then he/she'll compare his/her work with the person who has better number of star and will improve his/her perfomance and will earn more money but its really very bad that mylot gives 10th star to specially usa residence and then to euorpeons. I saw many Asains whom work is much better than euorpeons with 10th star but they have 9th star.

well this is a good thing which mylot starts it will give you chances to earn more if you make better your ratings so you will earn more and more and i love it..this is cool,,,

Stop thinking in the line of rating and earning. Automatically you will move towards the quality posting and most useful discussions,there by you reach the unplanned goal in a planned direction. I see so many people are just going discussing on mylot only rather to discuss the actual problems and topics of discussion they have.
