That's a very good suggestion and it's good that you actually thought about visitors, which most of us kinda forgot at times. hope you are successful :D

...and I am assuming you have the same implications on the great importance of visitors just like the regular members.

My pleasure eunice, and good luck to your new position

Just refer your co-workers/employees. If you have a personal website you can create a page that you will give to them thereby you can hide the "referral url of your mylot" and will be convenient for them to visit, like this:
www.mysiraylon.com/dove
Good luck to all your campaigns, online and offline.

Hey there! I'm a bit confused...what does all of this mean? I don't mean to be stupid, but I don't quite get it...but hope you're having a great new year!! :D

I thank you sarahbeth1977, my new year is great!
I anticipated that there will be a chance that anytime, members and visitors of mylot will value each one of their
friends being refered in this community, and as my little way of encouraging everyone, I have come up with the word "countdown" as a descriptive example of setting goal.

Very slow my dear and I am a little disappointed about it.
