Have you ever found yourself sitting in front of the t.v. and wanting to turn it off but just can't. I have spent many nights knowing that i have to get up a 5 a.m. but just keep watching. Its like i want to turn off the t.v. but i have to know how the shows ends and then a new show i want to see caomes on and i can't turn away. I was just wandering if anyone else has this problem.

I doubt if I watch an hours TV a day .. to be honest the programmes are just too boring or only aimed at the 30's age group .. obviously I don't know about TV in any other countries but here in the UK many TV channels seem to be dumbing down their porgrammes to attract the interest of the lowest common IQ and that is such a shame ...

I blame Sky! No seriously before we had sky installed I probably watched about one to two hours of tv a day MAX and less at the weekend, I would spend most of my time on the computer or reading. Now we got Sky and I've found programmes like Stargate being shown as well as Malcolm in the Middle, I think WOW, this is ace, this is brilliant, and like I am addicted, I now spend 4 times as much time watching television now we have sky than before! I usually watch it from about 4pm (GMT) till 8pm (GMT) each night. I love sci-fi and there's plenty of sci-fi programmes! I do watch too much tv and when I'm out I can actually record from Sky, so I don't miss any episodes!
