Blackburn family in England 1861 census in Cumberland

I am hoping that perhaps someone out there may have a copy of the 1861 census for England. If perhaps they could look up Thomas Blackburn. He was born abt: 1855 so would have been only 5 0r 6 at the time. I am hoping to find the names of his parents and siblings. He was in Workington by 1881and married but this census says he was born in Dearham, so I'm guessing that is where he'd have been in the 1861 census.
I am in British Columbia Canada so am not finding any easy access to these records. great appreciation for someone willing to help on this.

HAVE YOU TRIED LOGGING IN WITH ANCESTRY.CO.UK ? THEY HAVE SOME HISTORICAL RECORDS, CENSUS, MARRIAGE, ETC. I JUST DID IT. TYPE DIRECT OR TYPE CUMBERLAND, WHEN I GOT MARRIED I WENT TO ENGLAND, TOOK A TRAIN TO COCKERMOUTH, CUMBERLAND AND I LOVED THE PLACES. MY MOTHER IN LAWS'S SISTER LIVES THERE.

Yes I have tried that site and many many others on-line. Unfortunately ancestry .com only has only 2 census' for England that they offer directly and free of charge on their site, and 1861 is not one of them. Thanks anyway, but I really just need someone to look it up for me. (Unless their is someone who knows of a site that actually has the year that I'm looking for online)

son: Thomas Blackburn b: 1855 Dearham, Cumberland
son:William Blackburn b: 1857 Dearham, Cumberland
daughter: Mancy Blackburn age 1 month, Dearham, Cumberland
