Do you feel obligated to respond?

As days pass, more and more invitations come in and my list of friends is getting bigger. Fortunately most of them are posting good postings which I can easily respond to and feel comfortable doing it but some are just out of this world subjects. Do I have to feel obligated?

Its really up to you to respond in a discussion, eventhoug if it is your friends topic, you shouldn't obligate yourself. If you have started the topic you might consider responding to the comments just to keep the topic going and out of politeness =).
