Paypal's virtual debit card

I have used this program and like it for my Premier account. My problem is that I can't get it to work with my Personal account. Do they just not work for Personal paypal accounts?

virtual debit card? What do you use it for. I have a debit card from paypal that is like the one a bank gives you. Is it the same?

No, this one is a program that you download from Paypal and it will pop up a debit card #, EXP, and CIV #. I like it! That way I don't have to run and get my debit card from my purse. And places that don't take paypal but do take debit cards, etc.
