What is wrong with the world??????? HELP ME UNDERSTAND

on the news last night there was a report about a Woman who came home to find her husband had shot her kids and then killed himself. Thats so horrible. Why not just kill yourself if you are so unhappy? why did he kill the kids? I reall dont understand

MAybe he's out of his mind due to problems.You know the world is full of negative things now. Man's intellegence causes it too. I feel sad for the next generation could not anymore see and experience the beuaty our world has before.

I don't think there are any answers to things like this. Nobody can explain mental illness or why people do the things they do. It's tragic.
