Hi,
I purchased a laptop on Yahoo Auctions and never recieved it.What legal action can i take to resolve this. I live in South Africa.

Well that's just awful. If you paid with PayPal you can contact them. Otherwise I don't know what you can do if you can do anything at all. I would suggest paying through PayPal from now on if you buy from online auctions.

If you payed for it using papal you can file a complaint and paypal will refund your money.

How did you pay for it? Contact the seller by email with a copy of Yahoo Auctions so they know what is going on. It might just be that it has been delayed but in case there is anything amiss, then ask Yahoo Auctions for assistance.
