I think that depends on what she likes. Whatever you do, make it somethng that she'll never expect you to do (make sure she likes it of course!) My wife loves the movie Gone With the Wind, but she'd never seen it on the big screen. One year I discovered that it was playing at a local art house theater. On Valentine's day I told that I couldn' think of anything else, so let's just go to a movie. She din't want to go, because there was nothing really out at that time. But I insisted, so she grudgingly went along. when she saw what movie I was taking her to, she freaked out (in a good way).
