When do you go to bed and wake-up?

I go to bed at around 10:30 and wake up at 6:30

I don't have a schedule, but in most of the time I go to bed at 12:00 - 1:00 and wake up at 9:00 - 9:30 or 10:00.

After I finish watching my favorite movie every night at around 11:30 thats the time I go to bed and usually wake up 6:30 in the morining especially weekdays.

My work week I go to bed around 9 or 10 and I get up at 4:30am.

normally i will go to the bed at 11 and wake up on 7:30 in the morning.. i try to change it but i cant...
