Are you referring to constipation? If so, constipation is usually caused by not enough roughage and/or too little fluid intake and lack of exercise.
For your diet: eat beans, whole grains, bran cereals, fresh fruits, and vegetables (asparagus, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and carrots). Avoid or limit the following: ice cream, cheese, meat, and processed foods. Drink lots of water, fruit juice and vegetable juice.
Exercise is important!
Do not get into the laxative habit as it will only increase your constipation problems over time. Also, please see a doctor to be sure you don't have a medical problem. (I'm an R.N.)

You must be having piles. Check whether it's possible to you with medicines or go for surgery immediate.

I know that you can buy stuff like medimucil, and if you eat figs, prunes or drink grape juice can help too.
