Fruits Vs Food

i think fruits are more nutritious than food. food is something that we eat everyday but fruit is something that we don't eat everyday althoug we should eat a lots of fruits as well as dry fruits everyday to add roughage and water supplements to the diet. this is very useful and everyone should eat at least one apple everyday . we all know "an apple a day keeps doctor away" this is really true if u consider the value of fruits.

Food is more nutritious than food.Food contains fats a lot whereas fresh green fruits does not. Food affects health adversely but fresh green colour fruits does not except some fruits which contains sugar to some extent. It is true that one take food everyday at least twice but not fruits.Qty. of food feed is much more than daily fruits intake.Common food is cheaper than fruits.In spite of all, if one wish to be healthy for ever and for a longer life span,one should develop the habit of taking fruits daily as their daily input for stomach. Of course, it is difficult and costly but it will definitely keep one healthy. This is one of the reasons that Rishimuni remains healthy for ever and their survival span was comparatevely longer.......

well fruits are tasty and also nutritious and everyone likes to eat them and every fruit has it's own tastes and also own coluor.As of vegetables ,these are good but not soo tasty compared to fruits.

People used to like to eat food too and that also in large qty.But question here is that whether one should take food more or fruits and if fruits how one should develop habits.

fruits plays a prominent role than food they gives all the require dvitamins carbohydrates and calories.

The unwanted ingredients of friuts that body gets from fruits is rare minimum as compared to food intake....
