In Portugal, my favorite store inside shopping malls is C&A. I think it is international. Very standard and the prices are low.

I have a couple that I use regularly. My favorite is Chadwicks.com. The have a great selection from casual womens to formal. They also carry shoes. I have never had a problem with them. I order and usually recieve my order within a week.
