I always read some before i go to slepp . Reading seems to relax me and to get my mind off of everything else.

i make dua (prayers) and i kiss my babies then i wipe off my bed and off to sleep i go.

The last thing I do is Make teh sign of the cross and pray to GOD. Before I lie down to bed and rest I always find myslef making the sign of the cross tahnking God for the day I spent with my love ones. say a prayer for the next day and go to sleep.
