I want someone to explain to me some complicated English Paragraphs.

Where's the paragraph? Relax, find meaning of each words, be cautious on idioms, certain expressions, and you'll get to know the meaning.

I would say, try to enroll in an english class or hire a native speaker...in that way you can focus more on learning English itself not just the paragraphs.

I agree. Some english paragraphs are really hard to understand specially when we are not native language speakers. If you have english speaking friends, maybe they can help you. Or maybe some people here in mylot can assist you, if you post what itis that you find difficult to understand. Language learning is a never ending process.

A great way to do this is to find an English speaker who's interested in learning your language and helping each other. I'm currently working to improve my Spanish and learn Cantonese and I've have some luck working with native speakers of those languages that way. I'd be happy to help out with any questions you've got about English if I can.
