can you compare harry potter books to the films?

no coz i don't read such novels, its headahe i only watch films of it. i understand well and fast.

I definitely prefer reading the book anytime. Most of the time, i get disappointed by movie adaptations but the Harry Potter series are not too bad and I do recommend ppl watching it... however, the later ones might not be too suitable for young children.

no..i think the books are far better than the movies...books are more entertaining & leave something to the imagination...& there is more mystery n thrill in the books than actually seeing it in movies...harry potter books are a classic & the movies inspite of being good are no comparison to the books.

yes absolutely!. the harry potter story in the films are altered and somewhat not so interesting. the only interesting thing in films are the effects but the story in the book is something to which one tends to imagine and let the magic flow more personally and more completely.

I am not a reader.... so I might say that i prefer the movie but some of my frineds told me that the book is so much better than the movie.. as so in the same case of LOTR and The Da Vinci code
