Actually Osho has made some meditation processes....actually many meditation processes are available but I want just ask u that which is absolute and practical or which is best process which will be really effective..... So If u know Patanjali has written a gr8 book patanjali Yog sutram....so the exact process to understand no patanjali is there and everybody who read the books explains according to there brain and some change will occure means it will not become realistic what Patanjali wants to say... Osho only made the processes which he has done and checked and found that very effective..in spritual field. If u want to know more about OSHO meditations .....cick on the link http://oshoworld.com/meditation/meditations.asp

Itis a late reply but still iwould like share my views. Osho is a highly misunderstood genius and sage. he was an independent thinker , philosopher, and preceptor. He came with a purpose and went back. I read some of his books. it is deep. being a student of spiritualism and seeker of truth his free opinions attracted me a lot. he understood the life and the soul objectively. The only other philosopher i compare with him is J.K. free thinkers are always loners and greatly misunderstood. It is not their fault but the fault of the millions of frogs in the wells.
