I feel afterthis new rating system , many mylot user do not care to just even have a look at discussion of people whose rating are less than 7 .
User dont even care to take a look at their discussion...they also may have good dicussion indeed..
Because of this new Rating System eventhough it is benefecial in may ways , I feel that it may be a drawback in this issue...
I request users to not judge people with the rating...and judge after interacting..
What do you people feel about the above issue

For me, the rating is a guide for me personally. I am striving to improve myself. I continue to look at the subject matter. I continue to read every topic that interest me and rate each according to content. The stars are the ratings based on MYLOT member response. That said, we must not look at a rating and leave that member behind. I will assume that every member is doing what I am doing - his and her very best and making a worthy contribution. Therefore, I will give attention to each post.

My responses have been well thought out and I try to never have a one line response. I still have a rating of 4. Maybe it is because I'm still considered new. But that doesn't mean my responses are any less thought out then someone who has been here for a while and has a rating of 10.
I'm not complaining about the rating I have. But I really think people are rating posts based on if they agree or not. I know I posted in a religious discussion and can't but think that hurt me because a lot of people disagreed.
