How often should I bathe my dog?

As often as it rains, my dog gets bathed. Now, if we have a drought and the smell gets too bad, I'll make my husband (hereafter known as LB {lazy bum} take the garden hose to him. Use Palmolive dishwashing detergent (orginal formula) as it kills fleas. I'm not kidding it really does kill fleas! So, let mother nature decide how often to bath your dog or make your husband do it. No problem!

Your dog should bath at least once or twice a week it depends on the type of ur dogs, but my dog has a type of k9, we bath it twice a week to be able to prevent the bad odor of your dogs..

I am very lucky as I have dogs who have no odor. So they very rarely get bathed they get soaked a lot in the summer playing and trying to bite to water coming out of the garden hose. I was told that bathing too ofen dried their skin. I have a packet of dog bath wipes for emergencies. Got them at Petsmart.
