Yes,everyone in the world have the freedom of right,but sometimes we should control it,because Saddam Hussain did it and he is not there now,then why there is freedom of speech.

Saddam wasn't hung for abusing his right to speak, he was hung for the hundreds of deaths on his hands. What does crimes against humanity have to do with freedom of speech?

Freedom of speech is a right, yes, however it does carry stipulations. Although you are allowed to say whatever it is you like, you can't cross lines that delve into personal attacks, harrassment, discrimination, hate speech in general, etc. Everything has fine print ... freedom of speech not withstanding.
