what was the respose of film guru?

Well, i watched it & i liked it. Abhishek Bachchan has given a tremendous performance in the movie. Aishwarya Rai also gives in a superb performance. Mani Ratnam's direction is fantastic.

It was fantastic in the first half. But it is being streched in the second half by including some un wanted songs. The Film is ended very abruptly, that i didn't like at all. If songs were deleted and climax was more smooth than it would have beeen one of the finest movies made till date. Mani Ratnam lives to his reputation of per fect story teller without boring the audiences. **** stars from me.
