A SENSITIVE & NERVOUS YOUNG MAN WORKING IN A LAW COMPANY,WOSE NAME IS JAMES.At hearthe is a good man,he loves a lady whose name is ANNA she also love him but she is alredy married & she had 2 children.she is very unhappy,her husband does not treat her well.he is drunked sometimes he is out to kill her.they desire to leave this country.he tells her he has got the tickets booked & money for tickets he has stolen from his office next day he was caught tat he has stolen te money he produced in the court of justice & hhis case is discussed.te council of the defence tries to prove that he is innocent he is a victim of circumstances but he did so in a fit of insanity(madness).while doing this action he is not in his complete sense.there were special circumstances that led him to his crime.he says that he commited this crime bcoz of his love.james said one morning she came to him.she was depressed her dress was torn & she told him her husband had beaten her he was about to kill her.then he lost his sense in his mind how to save her from the clutches of her orge-like husband there was no way out & he came to the office & stolen money to buy some necessary articles for the journey then ANNA turns to appear in the witness-box.she comes and gives her evidence.se talks to her husband attitudes towards her.she also describes the morning when she was beaten by her husband.she also pleads for JAMES release. NOW QUESTION IS WAS JAMES A VICTIM OR NOT ?
