I think it's appropriate to rate responses which add to the thought of a topic, and even reply if we feel compelled. I know that I rate every response I get if I feel it is on topic. What do you say? Let's help eachother out and start rating others' responses, and ignore the spam-like ones who ramble irrelevantly!

I rate responses on even discussions that I haven't started. I usually rate them positively if they have a valid point and are a useful post. I think most of the non-new myLot members do the same.

I do the same. If I find a comment that's deserving of a + when I'm reading comments, I will give it. Weither or not I started the discussion. When I started the discussion, I always rate the comments left.

I try to remember to do this but sometimes I just don't do it. I know this is bad but I get hundreds of responses per day to some of my discussions and so posting responses to all of them is enough without trying to go back and rate eveybody too!

i have not much posts per day .. i start my day here by see my last threads ans posts and try to make a reply first and start to post my new posts .. this is my plan here in mylot and it is working well .. try and tell me :)
