i cant remember who exactly was my childhood hero.. in fact i guess i dont have one. but kids nowadays semmed to have many superheros and cartoon heros they dream to be with, or wish they were. there are spidey and clark, and anime action figures around the corner, or printed in heir tshirts, bags, lunchbags, etc.. but now, i do have mine [im a kid at heart, ya know..]. i like sasuke of naruto! sort of intelligent, wise and brave.. yeah!

I remember him clearly, he is Xiaolong Lee, who is a famous action star! You must know his name, cause it is a big name!

I remember who my superhero was in my childhood days, it was umm.. Thundercat! I can even remember the song. Lol! OK, it's not an anime from Japan of any sort, but i remember loving the cartoon so much when i was a kid. Present anime hero though, is that kid whom a demon fox was sealed inside his body. Yeah, you know him, Uzumaki Naruto the ramen lover :P. Why? Cos of his spirits, cos of his wills to never give up, because he's a true inspiration. He's not a "super"hero though. He's just a real "hero" of determination.

i watch naruto and i expect you to answer that because of your profile pic.. by the way, i am "sasuke"! nah, just kidding.. i never thought naruto would inspire someone like you.. but i agree with you.. there are many times he seemed to fail but his spirit would never give up.. i agree with your statement:"a real hero of determination." its good that people admires him because of that character that he has..^^

maybe that explains why only kids have superheros. when they grow up,their belief on superheros will vanish. superheros are only true in televisions and theatres.. and one thing more-- in dreams! ^^

When I read this topic, it seemed interesting. But I thought I don't remember my childhood hero. But now I remember my favorite was Fire Star. I think she is not famous as other superheros or heroines. But when I was a child, she was very famous among my friends. When we used to play, I used to become Five Star lol!
