Well I'm considering a LASIK, but I have heard from some people that its beneficial in the long run where as others say that its not really that good. Well I would appreciate if you could share your knowledge about it. Thanks

Dear Friend, For your information, I am also considering for a Laser eye surgery. I have a pretty bad eyes. Minus 10.00 and cylindris 3.00. I think that LASIK should be all right, howveer still not sure about the side effects. Any way, I do believe that now people are doing the same thing to make corrction on their eyes. Some of my friends did this and they are all right. Anyway, what is your eyes situation? What minus?Plus?Cylindris? If it is not too annoying, better skip this treatment or correctness.

I do belive that it is a relatively safe procedure. HOWEVER I don´t think that noone really knows about the affects in the long run since it is a pretty new thing. I have a friend who did it years ago and says that is the best thing she´s done. But who knows what will happen in 20 years? It was the same with silicon - noone expected them to be able to burst when siliconm first became a choise. I guiess you just have to take a chanse, or just wait and see
