I usually get Radiance at level 11
but once I was able to get Eye of Skadi at level 10. haha!

Yeah agahnim can be used by Doom bringer now. Other non int heroes that can use aghanim scepter are Luna and Venomancer.

I can get a Battle Fury at level 8-9 and Radiance at level 11.

It doesn't matter what level you get the item at, it matters what time you got it at. For all I know it could have been 50 minutes in and you were level 10 with a Skadi. that isnt much of an achievement.

I remember before that I made a Stygian Desolator as early as level 6. Even me can't believe it, well I killed 4 heroes early in the game that gave me more money for every kill. I always practice good farming strategy so I will not be poor later in the game. I usually have Battle Fury for melee at level 8-10 or Butterfly for long-range heores at the same levels.
