Do any of you subscribe to a craft magazine or buy one from the store regularly? Which ones do you prefer? Which ones are no good? I love to look through craft magazines, but I have found some not so good ones. I would like your opinions.

It depends on what I'm looking for. If I want, say ideas for kids, something like "Pack O' Fun" might suit my needs. Overall, I find topic-specific craft magazines to be best suited to my needs. They'll tend to have more in-depth info and at least some coplex patterns/projects*because* they're devoted to a particular crafts. As for specific titles?, I like Bead & Button (www.beadandbutton.com), the Interweave magazines (www.interweave.com) - Interweave Knits in particular lately, and Stampington & Co magazines www.stampington.com (Somerset Studios - paper arts, Belle Armoire - clothing and textile arts, Art Doll QUarterly - pretty much what it sounds like.) I haven't bought any of these lately, but when I do, I pick one or two as some of them are rather expensive! ~Sara

Pack O Fun sent me a magazine in the mail the other day. I hadn't asked for it, but I really like it.
